2.When connected to a PC, not determined.

Your USB recognized: "Nuvi 250W"
You are trying to load cure firmware for nuvi: "205W, 255W".
Hmm,

Is there any other problem (except "no charging") we should know before ?
Does nuvi normally start after moving "Power ON" (button) ?
